Pillsbury played in 14 games for Alvernia during the 2023 season and started in eight games. Pillsbury recorded starts against Penn State Berks, Lancaster Bible, Stockton, Goucher, Marywood, Stevenson, FDU-Florham and Eastern. Pillsbury was also a member of a defense that held three shutouts including 0-0 draws to Stockton and Stevenson and a 2-0 victory over Goucher. Pillsbury tallied five shots with three going on goal.
