Kavulak competed in eight meets for the Golden Wolves during the 2022-2023 indoor season and competed in the 200m, 400m, 4x200m, 4x400m, and the distance medley relay. Kavulak posted her best 200m and 400m time of the season at the Susquehanna Tune-Up with a 28.66 time in the 200m and a 1:07.83 time in the 400m. Kavulak also competed at the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships as a member of the Alvernia 4x200m and 4x400m teams and helped the Golden Wolves post a 1:52.04 time in the 4x200m and a 4:22.49 time in the 4x400m. Kavulak also was on the Alvernia distance medley relay team that broke the school record at the MAC Championships with a 13:21.54 time.
Outdoor:
Kavulak participated in six meets for Alvernia during the 2023 outdoor season and competed in the 200m, 400m, 800m, and was a member of the 4x400m team. Kavulak recorded her career best time in the 400m at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a 1:05.15 time and recorded her career best 800m time at the Jim Taylor Invite with a time of 2:48.72. Kavulak posted her best 200m time of the season at the Widener Invite with a 29.13 time and helped the Alvernia 4x400m team record a 4:18.12 time at the Paul Kaiser Classic.
2021-2022 (Sophomore)
Indoor:
Kavulak competed at five meets during the 2021-2022 indoor season for the Golden Wolves and competed in the 200n, 400m, and the 4x400m. Kavulak’s best 200m time of the season came at the Alvernia PLEX Shootout where she posted a time of 29.67 and recorded her best 400m time at the Susquehanna Invite with a 1:08.65 time. Kavulak also ran the 4x400m at the PLEX Shootout and helped the Alvernia team post a time of 4:38.35.
Outdoor:
Kavulak participated in seven meets for the Golden Wolves during the outdoor season and tallied a career best time in the 200m at the York Twilight with a 28.48 time. Kavulak tallied a season best 400m time at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Tune-Up with a 1:05.67 time and recorded her best 800m time at the York Twilight with a 2:50.49. Kavulak also competed at the MAC Outdoor Championships and was a member of the Alvernia 4x400m relay team that recorded a time of 4:16.66 at the Championships.
2021 (First-Year)
Appeared in seven meets for the Golden Wolves in 2021… she recorded a sixth-place finish with a time of 29.16 in the 200-meter dash at the Misericordia Twilight (April 16)… secured a fifth-place finish with a time of 1:10.22 in the 400-meter dash at the Alvernia Last Chance meet (May 1).
