Biography
2023-2024 (Sophomore)
Faura competed at two competitions for the Golden Wolves during the 2023-2024 season and competed in five matches. Faura recorded a 3-2 record with a 10-2 victory at the East Stroudsburg Open and also a 10-0 victory at the ESU Open. Faura also received a victory by forfeit in a dual against Cedar Crest and helped lead the Golden Wolves to their first ever home dual victory in program history with a 28-21 victory over Cedar Crest in Alvernia’s PEC.
2022-2023 (First Year)
Faura competed in 17 matches for Alvernia during the 2022-2023 season and posted a 14-8 record. Faura posted her first collegiate win at the Ursinus Scramble and tallied a second place finish at the Ursinus Invitational in the 191 pound bracket. Faura also took second at the Nassau Duals and the PA College State Women’s Championships. Faura was also a member of the inaugural Women’s Wrestling team at Alvernia.
