Kassis wrestled in 18 matches for the Golden Wolves during the 2023-2024 season and recorded a 13-5 overall record. Kassis recorded four wins by way of a decision, two wins by fall and major decisions and three tech fall victories. Kassis was also ranked fifth in the nation at 184 pounds on multiple rankings and moved as far up as the third ranked wrestler in the weight class. Kassis also helped lead the Golden Wolves to a 19-5 team dual record, the team title at the Virginia Duals and also a second place finish at the MAC Championships.

Kassis competed in 42 matches for the Golden Wolves during his junior campaign and posted a 32-10 record at the 184 pound weight class. Kassis was one of six Alvernia wrestlers to qualify for the NCAA Championships and punched his ticket by winning the 184 pound bracket at the NCAA Southeast Regional. Kassis tallied 13 wins by decision, eight by technical fall, six by major decision, two pins, one sudden victory and is one of only three Alvernia wrestlers to tally 30 or more wins during the 2022-2023 season. Kassis earned second team All-MAC honors with a runner up finish at the MAC Championships in the 184 pound bracket. Kassis helped lead the Golden Wolves to a 17-6 dual record, two invite victories and second place team finishes at both the MAC Championships and the NCAA Southeast Regional.

Kassis wrestled in 37 matches for Alvernia during the 2021-2022 season and posted a 29-8 overall record at 184 pounds. Kassis finished third at the NCAA Southeast Regional in the 184 pound weight class to punch his ticket to the NCAA Championships for the first time in his career. Kassis tallied 15 wins by decision, seven by major decision, three pins, two sudden victories and one technical fall. Kassis helped lead the Golden Wolves to a 16-4 record in dual meets, one invite victory, a third place finish at the MAC Championships and a second place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
