Lackman posted yet another historic season in 2023-2024 and wrestled in a career high 48 matches and tallied a 48-1 record. Lackman’s 48 wins was a career high and he recorded 19 tech falls, 15 victories by fall, eight by decision and five by major decision. Lackman recorded a third straight All-American performance with a third place finish at the NCAA DIII National Championships. Lackman’s lone loss came in the national semifinal where he dropped a 4-1 decision to UW La. Crosse’s Noah Leisgang. Lackman then bounced back with back to back victories to secure third place honors and All-American honors. Lackman also picked up first place honors at the MAC Championships and the NCAA Southeast Regional and became the first Alvernia wrestler to record 100 career wins. Lackman was named MAC Wrestler of the Year for a second straight season and also helped lead the Golden Wolves to a 19-5 overall team record in the 2023-2024 season including the team title at the Virginia Duals and a second place team finish at the MAC Championships.

Lackman wrestled in 46 matches for the Golden Wolves during his junior campaign and posted a 45-1 record, with his only loss coming in the 165 pound National Championship. Lackman became the first Alvernia wrestler to make it to a NCAA Final and became an All-American for the second season in a row. Lackman tallied 14 pins on the season, 12 decisions, eight major decisions, eight technical falls and one sudden victory in 2022-2023. Lackman picked up 165 pound titles at both the MAC Championships and at the NCAA Southeast Regional, which punched his ticket to the NCAA Championships. Lackman helped lead the Golden Wolves to a 17-6 record in dual meets, two invite victories and second place team finishes at both the MAC Championships and the NCAA Southeast Regional. Lackman was also named MAC Wrestler of the Year.

Lackman competed in 42 matches for the Golden Wolves during the 2021-2022 season and posted a 39-3 overall record. Lackman earned All-American honors with a fifth place finish at the NCAA National Championships, he tallied first place finishes at the NCAA Southeast Regional and the MAC Championships in the 165 pound bracket and was named MAC Rookie of the Year. Lackman tallied 22 wins by pin, eight by decision, four by major decision and four by technical fall. Lackman also helped lead Alvernia to a 16-4 record in dual meets, one invite victory, a third place finish at the MAC Championships and a second place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional. Lakcman is also the first All-American in Alvernia Wrestling history.
