Brown wrestled in 22 matches for the Golden Wolves between the 141 and 149 pound weight classes during his first year and posted a 14-8 overall record during the 2023-2024 season. Brown recorded seven of his 14 wins by way of a pin and recorded five more victories by decision, one major decision and one sudden victory. Brown was also a member of a team that took home the team title at the Virginia Duals and also took second at the MAC Championships.
