2023-2024 (Junior)
Philpot competed in ten matches for the Golden Wolves during his junior season and recorded an even 5-5 record. Philpot tallied three victories by way of a tech fall and one by pin. Philpot was also a member of a team that recorded a 19-5 team dual record, the team title at the Virginia Duals and also a second place finish at the MAC Championships.
2022-2023 (Sophomore)
Philpot wrestled in 20 matches for the Golden Wolves during his sophomore campaign and posted a 9-11 record. Philpot tallied three wins by major decision, three by technical fall, one decision and one pin. Philpot was also a member of a team that recorded second place team finishes at the MAC Championships and the NCAA Southeast Regional.
