Foy also oversaw day-to-day program operations during a head coaching transition while serving as the program's primary recruiter for New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.

Foy earned his Master of Science in Education from Cairn University in 2025 and brings a passion for developing student-athletes, building meaningful relationships, and pursuing competitive excellence to the Alvernia men's basketball program.
