Neil O’Donnell joined Alvernia’s staff in 2026 as the assistant offensive line coach. O’Donnell played for Devlin at Ursinus, where he was a three year starter at left guard for the Bears. O’Donnell was a captain for Ursinus in 2025. He earned College Sport Communicators Academic All-District honors three times and Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll honors three times. O’Donnell will graduate from Ursinus College in May.
