Abbie Buck was crucial in Alvernia securing a spot in the MAC Commonwealth postseason. Buck scored both goals in a 2-0 win over Widener on Wednesday to clinch Alvernia’s spot in the playoff. Buck scored Alvernia’s first of the game in the 36th minute. After Widener evened the game at 1-1 late in the fourth quarter, Buck scored the game-winner for the Golden Wolves in the 63rd minute.
