Aston, Pa. (Sept. 29, 2007) – Senior Amy Sikorski (Topton, Pa./Brandywine Heights) tallied a team-high nine kills for Alvernia College in a 3-0 loss to Neumann College Saturday afternoon in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference women's volleyball action at Neumann.

Alvernia (3-11, 1-4 PAC) lost a close 30-27 decision in the opener and Neumann followed with 30-24 and 30-21 wins in the next two games. Alvernia junior Lauren Crimi (Nazareth, Pa./Notre Dame) recorded a team-high 24 digs for the Crusaders.

Alvernia will return home to host Cedar Crest College on Tuesday evening.
