Scranton, Pa. (Oct. 26, 2008) - King's College (3-13-1 1-5) scored twice in a 25 second span with under four minutes to play to steal a 4-3 win from Alvernia University (6-11, 1-5) Saturday morning in Freedom Conference women's soccer action at King's.

Kate Wimberg (Galloway, N.J./Sacred Heart) in the sixth minute. King's answered back with goals in the 17th and 24th minute to take a 2-1 lead, but Alvernia scored on a King's own goal in the 37th minute to knot the score at 2-2.

King's tied the game for the second time with a goal at the 86 minute mark and 25 seconds after the ensuing kickoff the Monarchs were able to net the game-winner.
Alvernia will host Delaware Valley on Wednesday.
