Philadelphia, Pa. (Sept. 27, 2008) - Alvernia University (2-11) dropped its second match of the Philadelphia Biblical University tri-match 3-0 to the host Crimson Eagles (13-7) Saturday afternoon in non-conference volleyball action at PBU.

The Crusaders struggled to put balls away in their second match with just 11 kills and 16 errors in the three-game match while the Eagles cruised to a 25-17, 25-17, 25-12 win.
