Wilkes Barre, Pa. (Sept. 14, 2010) - Junior
Amy Mesce (Pittstown, NJ/Delaware Valley) scored the only goal of the game 1:38 into overtime as Alvernia posted a 1-0 non-conference victory over host King's College Tuesday night at McCarth Stadium. With the win the Crusaders improve to 4-2 while King's falls to 1-5.
After 90 minutes of scoreless play, the teams entered extra time, where Mesce drilled a shot at King's keeper

Alvernia returns to action on Sept. 20th when they host York University at 4:00pm.
