Kelsey Gill (State College, Pa./State College Area) scored a goal and added an assist and Alvernia University (8-2-1) got tallies from four different players in a 4-1 win over Penn State-Berks (4-4) Wednesday evening in non-conference women's soccer action at Schlager Memorial Field.
Gill scored the first of the game on a corner kick after the Lions failed to clear the zone. Junior
Amy Mesce (Pittstown, N.J./Delaware Valley Regional) put the Crusaders up two with her seventh of the year in the 22nd minute, and the Lions got their only score from Taylor Kreider in the 41st minute.

Felicia Sippel (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Huberts) score her first of the year unassisted in teh 87th minute.
Kirsten Kelley (Kirkwood, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) made two saves in the win. Alvernia will travel to Elizabethtown for a conference match on Saturday.
