Reading, Pa. (Sept. 17, 2011) - Immaculata University (1-3) earned a 25-22 win in the closely-contested opening match then cruised through sets two and three in a 3-0 win over Alvernia University (5-4) Saturday morning in match one of the Alvernia University Tri-Match at the Physical Education Center.

Alyssa Soltis (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) led the Crusaders offensive attack with nine kills.  Kristen Rupp (Cranford, N.J./Cranford) finished with seven kills and 12 digs and Tori Beck (Quakertown, Pa./Quakertown) had 23 assists and 11 digs.

The Crusaders return to the floor to face Delaware Valley at 1:00 Saturday afternoon.
