Salisbury, Md. (Oct. 24, 2015) - Alvernia University (13-14) dropped a pair of matches at the Salisbury University Women's Volleyball Tri-Match Saturday afternoon.
The Crusaders won the opening set in the match against Frostburg before the Bobcats bounced back winning three straight for a 3-1 win. The host Seagulls hand the Crusaders 3-0 in the second match, 3-0.
Kristen Sipling led the Crusaders with 11 kills in the opening match.
Lauryn Snyder led the way with 18 assists and
Krissy Silio had a team-best 12 digs.
Sipling and
Emily Smith led the Crusaders with four kills apiece in the Salisbury match.
