Hacketstown, N.J. (Feb. 25, 2015) - Centenary College (1-0) defeated Alvernia University (0-1) by a score of 13-0 Wednesday afternoon in non-conference men's lacrosse action at Centenary.

The Cyclones scored two goals in each of the first two quarters for a 4-0 lead, added five goals in the third, and closed with four tallies in the fourth.

Mason Etier made seven saves in 48 minutes for the Crusaders.  Billy Tharp finished up the final 12 minutes of the game making a save on four shots.

Alvernia returns home to host Neumann College on Saturday.
