Glenside, Pa. (Mar. 25, 2015) - Arcadia University (2-4, 1-0) defeated Alvernia University (3-6, 0-1) by a 14-2 final Wednesday evening in Commonwealth Conference men's lacrosse action at Arcadia.

Arcadia opened with two goals in the first quarter and had a 5-0 lead at halftime.  The Knights tacked on four goals in the third and finished with five goals in the fourth.  Alvernia got a goal and an assist from Benjamin Manning, and Danny Flanagan scored a goal.

Mason Etier made 10 saves in the loss.

Alvernia continues the conference schedule hosting Lebanon Valley on Saturday.
