Glassboro, NJ. (Sept. 28, 2015) - Rowan University (6-1-1) scored three goals in the second half in a 4-0 victory over Alvernia University (2-8) Monday evening in non-conference women's soccer action at Rowan.

The Profs got on the board in the 38th minute, connecting on their fifth shot on goal in the first half to take the 1-0 lead.  They tacked on three more goals in an eight minute span in the second half to secure the win.

Rowan collected goals from four different players.

The Crusaders were held to just three shots on the day, with two shots from Kayla McNamee and one from Jada Alexis.

Jessica Plunkett played all 90 minutes in goal, pulling in 10 saves.

Alvernia hits the road again on Thursday, traveling to Gwynedd Mercy on Thursday for non-conference play.
