Owings Mills, Md. (2/24/16) - Stevenson University (1-0, 1-0) topped Alvernia University (0-2, 0-1) by a 29-1 final Wednesday evening in Commonwealth Conference men's lacrosse play at Stevenson.

The Mustangs took an early 9-0 lead in the first quarter.  The Mustangs were lead by sophomore Kyle Karsian who had a game high four goals.

The Crusaders lone goal was scored by freshman Andrew Ritchie in the second quarter. Three different goalies played for the Crusaders who tallied up a total of 22 saves on the evening.

The Crusaders play away at Neumann University this Saturday at 1:00 pm.
