Tequila Donnelly gave the Crusaders their first tally of the day on an unassisted goal.
The Falcons extended their margin on a trio of goals by Courtney Wagner.
Abby McCarthy quickly responded to Wagner's third, netting her first of the day 20 seconds later.
Julie Sutton added to Alvernia's offense in the first, notching a goal with just over 10 minutes left in the first half.
Donnelly, McCarthy and Sutton each doubled their scoring before the half, putting Alvernia behind 14-6 with 30 minutes left to play.
McCarthy tacked on a hat trick in the second half, bringing her total on the day to five.
Bridget Reynolds and
Brooke Campione also added a tally a piece.
The Crusaders saw time from a pair of goals as
Colleen Reilly and
Kallie Taylor picked up 40 and 20 minutes, respectively.
Alvernia closes out its regular season on Saturday, traveling to Lycoming for a 1:00 start.
