Collegeville, Pa. (Sept. 20, 2016) – Ursinus College (2-4-1) put away a pair of goals per half to take a 4-0 win over Alvernia University (3-4) Tuesday evening in non-conference Women's Soccer action Tuesday evening at Ursinus.

The Bears netted goals at both ends of each half from four different players.

The Crusaders ripped shots in the 67^th and 79^th minutes, but were unable to convert the goals.

Jessica Plunkett and Kelcey Hutchinson partnered in goal for Alvernia. Plunkett gathered 8 saves in 75 minutes of work.
 
Alvernia returns to its home turf on Saturday, hosting Eastern at 11:00 a.m.
