Lebanon Valley Handles Alvernia, 3-0

Sipling Finishes With 14 Kills

Annville, Pa. (Oct. 10, 2017) - Lebanon Valley College (13-9, 4-1) defeated Alvernia University (13-8, 3-3) 3-0 Tuesday evening in MAC Commonwealth women's volleyball action at LVC.

The Dutchmen took a 25-17 decision in the opening set, went up 2-0 with a 25-21 win in the second, and closed the match with a 25-19 win in the third.

Kristen Sipling led the way with 14 kills for Alvernia and Emily Smith had a team best 12 digs.

Alvernia returns to action this weekend at Washington College.
