Glenside, Pa. (Feb. 11, 2017) - Arcadia University (7-16, 3-11) netted 45 first half points en route to a 78-54 victory over Alvernia University (2-21, 2-12) Saturday afternoon in MAC Commonwealth women's basketball action.

The Knights posted 20+ points in each of the first three quarters.

The Crusaders outscored Arcadia 20-12 in the final frame as Megan Bruno collected nine of her season-high 13 points in the last ten minutes.

Maya Cooper mirrors Bruno with a team-high 13 points of her own, while Kiersten Ingram was just behind them with 12. Ingram picked up all 12 of her points from shots beyond the arc.

Arcadia finished with three players in double-digit scoring. Maureen Fiocca led the way with 21.

The Crusaders take to the road again on Tuesday, traveling to Stevenson University for a 6:00 pm start.
