Owings Mill, Md. (Apr. 13, 2017) - Stevenson University (7-6, 3-2) scored 10 goals in each half on its way to a 20-5 win over Alvernia University (6-6, 2-2) Thursday evening in MAC Commonwealth women's lacrosse action at Stevenson.

The Mustangs scored the first six goals of the game over the opening 15 minutes and expanded to a 10-3 lead at halftime.  Alyson Keene scored the first two goals of the game for the Crusaders and Bridget Reynolds added the other in the first half.

Abby McCarthy and Brooke Campione scored a goal apiece for the Crusaders in the second half.

Alvernia continues the conference schedule next Wednesday hosting Lycoming.
