Annville, Pa. (Oct. 23, 2019) - Lebanon Valley College (5-9, 2-4) scored on a free kick with 12 seconds left in the second overtime for a 1-0 win over Alvernia University (3-13, 0-5) Wednesday afternoon in MAC Commonwealth women's soccer at LVC.

The Dutchmen drew a free kick just outside the box with 30 seconds left on the clock.  Madison Carper hit a right-footed shot that cleared Alvernia's defensive wall and snuck in under the crossbar for the game-winner.

Alvernia goalie Lily Sankey made 11 saves in net for the Golden Wolves.

Alvernia continues the season on Saturday hosting Lycoming College.
