Alvernia had eight players score on the night and nine players rebound, and were led by Kramer and Ewen with 13 points each.
"I've always said that we are a team, and in order for us to win we need everybody to play their role. If one person scores 15, we are not going to win," added Reber "We need everyone to contribute something and produce while they are out there, and that's exactly what happened."
With her fourth and final block of the night, Kramer broke the single season blocking record set back in the 1991-92 season by Karen Kupusnick. Kupusnick's finished her season with 52 blocks, and Kramer now stands at 53 on the year.
"Cat is a tremendous player who only has up to go. She works so hard and for her to get such a milestone this early in the season just shows what she is going to accomplish in her four years at Alvernia," said Reber of the freshman. "She is a tremendous shot blocker and a force inside, which is why we are able to compete with teams like Stevenson who have such an inside presence - without her we don't win that game tonight."
The Golden Wolves return to the court on Saturday when they host Lebanon Valley at 1:00 PM.
