Alvernia Handles D'Youville, 3-0

Reading, Pa. (Feb. 14, 2020) - Alvernia University (7-4) handled D'Youville College (0-8) by a 3-0 final Friday afternoon in the first match of the Alvernia Tri-Match at Jack McCloskey Court.

Logan McGinley paced the Golden Wolves' efforts with seven kills and Anthony Dadson had a career-high nine blocks.

Alvernia roared out to a 25-10 win in the opening set, took a 25-17 win in the second, and closed out the match with a 25-9 win in the third.

Mike Monczewski had 17 assists and McGinley had a team-high six digs.

The Quad Match continues Saturday at Alvernia.
