Women's Cross Country Competes At Rowan's Border Battle

Logan Township, NJ (Oct. 16, 2021) - Alvernia's Paige McKenna paced Women's Cross Country to a 33rd place finish on Saturday at Rowan's University Inter-Regional Border Battle.

Competing on the 6K course, Paige McKenna finished in 195th with a time of 26:37.80 to lead Alvernia.

Finishing in second for Alvernia and 224th overall was Kennedy Waterson with a time of 27.38.10.

Finishing just under two minutes behind Waterson and 255th overall was Marlena Okurowski with a time of 29:26.70.

Just 30 seconds off of Okurowski was Sydni McKenna with a 257th place time of 29:56.10.

In fifth for Alvernia and 263rd overall was Mackenzie St. Pierre with a time of 31:14.60.

Rounding out Alvernia's showing at Rowan was Melena Musgrove with a 272nd place time of 34:22.20.

Today's Border Battle was Alvernia's last tuneup before competing at the MAC Championship on October 30th.
