Isabel Fries paced Alvernia University to a 21
st place finish at the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Mid-Atlantic Regional on Saturday afternoon at Dickinson College.

Fries finished in 64
th with a time of 25:38.1, which led the Golden Wolves.

Kaitlyn Snyder was next for Alvernia with a time of 26:42.4, which earned her 107
th.

Paige McKenna recorded a time of 27:00.2, which was enough to earn her 118
th.

Sydni McKenna finished with a time of 29:33.0, which earned her 173
rd. Just .2 seconds behind her was Mackenzie St. Pierre, who recorded a time of 29:33.2, which placed her at 174
th.

Rounding out the day for the Golden Wolves was
Marlena Okurowski, who recorded a time of 29:43.9, which earned her 177
th.

Johns Hopkins won the day with 20 points. Rounding out second and third were Dickinson and Carnegie Mellon, who both recorded 88 points, respectively. Dickinson tallied a faster time overall, so it earned second place. Coming in fourth was Susquehanna, with a score of 205. Rounding out the event was Misericordia with 222 points.

Dickinson's Isabel Cardi won the 6k race with a time of 22:13.0. Johns Hopkins had the next four runners as Alex Ross (22:56.2), Katherine Priu (23:01.1), Ashley Heidenrich (23:09.9), and Sara Stephenson (23:12.8) rounded out the top five.
