Butch Rudolph, Assistant Coach

Coach Rudolph joined Alvernia for their 2009 campaign after assisting at Lebanon-Valley College from 2003-2008.  He ended his third season with the Crusaders' in 2011. While at LVC Rudolph spent his time working with the infield and hitting instruction. 

Rudolph hails from Mill Hall, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Lock Haven University in 2002 with a degree in Sports Administration and a minor in Coaching/Business Administration.  As a shortstop for the Bald Eagles, Coach Rudolph was team captain for two years and led his team to the PSAC Championship game two years in a row.  He is currently in the top ten in ten career record categories and holds the all-time career record for games played with 180 and games started with 179.

Coach Rudolph currently works as a supervisor at the Berks County Youth Center in Leesport, PA.
