Tom Minick has been a part of the Alvernia College baseball program since 1995. First as a three-year player from 1995-1997 and since 1999 as an assistant coach. Minick was part of the 1995 PAC Championship team, which also made an appearance in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional. He also won the 1997 Alvernia College Coaches Award.

Prior to attending Alvernia, he was a student-athlete at Elizabethtown Area High School, graduating in 1994. He played for four years there as well, winning District III and Class AAA State Championships in 1993

Minick has a degree in Business Management and works at Alvernia as a Development Officer in the Office of Institutional Advancement. He has been an assistant coach for the Crusaders since 1999, and also assisted on the staff of the Shillington Dodgers from 2000-2003.  He recently rejoined the Dodgers and accepted the position of Head Coach for their 2009 season.  He currently resides in Shillington with wife Jamie, son Tyler, and daughter Taylor.
