Alvernia University Athletics

Entering his sixth year as a member of the Men’s Basketball staff, Dwayne Walker is a success story of the Alvernia College junior varsity program. Walker played for a season with the junior varsity program and was a member of the first Alvernia PAC Championship team. After moving to the varsity program he scored 294 points in 73 games. Walker also co-captained the 1999-00 and 2000-01 teams.

Walker graduated from Alvernia in 2001 with a degree in Business Management and minor in CIS. He is currently employed at Alvernia College as the Associate Director of Admissions. Originally from Trenton, NJ, he currently resides in Reading.
