Tom Scogna, Assistant Coach

Coach Scogna skated four years with the Alvernia Crusaders. Tom was nominated as Captain his sophomore season, and maintained this honor through his 2006 Graduation. He was a first line defenseman who played every game of his collegiate career. Prior to college, Tom played four seasons with the Bishop Shanahan High School Eagles ice hockey team. A forward in high school, Tom made the transition to defense relatively easily and found a home on the blue line for his intercollegiate competition.
