Coach Lord begins coaching at Alvernia University as an Assistant Coach for the Track and Field program. Lord graduated from Governor Mifflin High School, class of 1999. While attending Governor Mifflin she set the still standing high school record in the discus event in 1998.
After graduating from Governor Mifflin, she went to Millersville University, where she participated in the throwing events, team captain, and maintains school records in the discus and weight throwing events.
Lord also attended Kutztown University and was a member of the Track and Field team in the throwing events. She established a school record and competed in the discus event at Kutztown University. In 2005 Lord placed 9th in the NCAA Division II national discus event.
Lord graduated from Kutztown University with a BS in Business Administration in 2005 and has coached track and field events at Kutztown University since graduation.
She currently resides in Millmont.
