Randy Doaty, Assistant Coach

Coach Doaty had two seasons with the Lady Crusaders. He was affiliated with the girls basketball program at Spring Ford High School seven years. Coach Doaty will serve as the Focus & Attitude coach, concentrating his efforts on the mental aspects of the game. He is the developer of the BIMPS scale computer software, which tracks team, player and squad performance during a game. Coach Doaty holds a US Copyright on the BIMPS scale which he has been developing for the past 12 years. “My system provides a menu of opportunity for every player to succeed” says Doaty.
Randy and his wife Cindy reside in Boyertown. They have two daughters – Kristen who runs Coach Doaty’s business called Glass Tears, and Sarah who is a fourth year medical school student at George Washington University.
