2010: Finished with a time of 29:34 in the 6000m run at the Delaware Valley Invitational (9/4).
2009: Had a season-best time of 27:59 at Cumberland CC.
2008: Competed in all ten races for Alvernia this season. Posted a season-best time of 29:15 (54th) at the East Stoudsburg Invitational (10/25). Finished a season-low 51st at the Albright Invitational (10/18).
2007: Ran in all 8 meets this season. Finished with a season low time of 30:36 at the Belmont Classic Hosted by Cabrini College. Had an individual best finish of 26th place at the Cumberland County CC invitational with a time of 30:40.
High School: Played track & field and volleyball at Marian Catholic High School
