Coach Grauer joined the Crusaders for their 2011 fall season.  Grauer is a member of the Women's Berks County Golf Association and Women's Central Penn Golf Association.  She was the 2007 Champion of the JoAnn Heller Inaugural Better Ball Partners Championship.

Grauer has ten years experience teaching Health and Physical Education in the Reading School District and the Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, Pa.  While teaching she held various varsity and junior varsity coaching positions in tennis, basketball and lacrosse.  She also served as an admissions counselor and the women's lacrosse head coach at Cedar Crest College.   

Grauer was a certified Women's NCAA National Lacrosse Official from 1995-2008 where she officiated many NCAA DI, DII and DIII playoff games.

She was a 1987 graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Health and Physical Education.  While at ESU she earned five varsity letters in tennis, basketball, and lacrosse.  She played varsity basketball on the 1985 PSAC runner-up team and played varsity lacrosse on the 1986 PSAC runner-up team.
 
Grauer is a 1983 graduate of Fleetwood Area High School where she earned 11 varsity letters in tennis, basketball, and softball.  She finished second place in the 1982 Berks County Interscholastic Athletic Association Girls Doubles Tennis Championships and was a 1983 All-County BCIAA Softball Second Basemen.
