Coach Erb joins Alvernia Women's Lacrosse for the 2011 season after graduating from Old Dominion University in 2009. At Old Dominion, Erb was a member of the Division I lacrosse team that was ranked as high as 17th in the nation during her senior year. In 2008, Coach Erb was the leading defender in caused turnovers for Old Dominion.
Erb is a 2005 graduate of Boyertown High School where she earned Honorable Mention All-American Honors for lacrosse. She was named the Mercury Player of the Year in 2005 for lacrosse and earned a school-record 12 varsity letters from Boyertown
Coach Erb is currently employed by e426.org in their Membership and Organization department.
