Coach Wilson joined the Alvernia Women's Soccer prior to the 2016 season. During his first season with the Golden Wolves, the team won six games and finished sixth in the MAC Commonwealth Conference.

Outside of coaching Alvernia soccer, Wilson is involved with the Pennsylvania Classics AC/US Developmental Academy and the EPYSA Olympic Development Program. Coach Wilson has also earned professional coaching licenses from Brazil, Holland, Germany, and Italy, and completed International Professional Club internships in eight different countries. Wilson also holds the National Soccer Coaches Association Premier Diploma along with many athletic certifications, including Strength and Conditioning specializations.

Coach Wilson earned both his bachelor's degree in sports management, fitness and wellness and his master's degree in exercise science performance enhancement from California University of Pennsylvania.
