Indoor:
Dynesko competed in seven meets for the Golden Wolves during her first collegiate indoor season and competed in the shot put in all seven competitions. Dynesko posted her career best mark in the shot put at the Susquehanna Tune-Up with a 7.10m throw. Dynesko posted a 6.84m throw at the Utica Blue and Orange Invite, a 6.78m mark at the Alvernia PLEX Shootout and a 6.76m throw at the Frank Colden Invitational.
Outdoor:
Dynesko participated at six meets during the 2023 outdoor season and competed in the javelin throw and the shot put for Alvernia. Dynesko recorded her career best in the javelin at the York College Twilight where she posted a 24.56m throw and she tallied her second best shot put of the season at the York Twilight as well with a 6.61m mark. Dynesko recorded her best shot put throw of the season at the Widener Invite with a 6.62m mark.
