Alvernia University Athletics

MK joined the Alvernia University’s Sports Medicine team in the summer of 2024. MK is a Certified Athletic Trainer through the Board of Certification and licensed by the Pennsylvania’s State Board of Medicine. Other certifications include CPR, AED and Mental Health First Aid.

In Spring of 2021, MK graduated from Barry University down in Miami, Florida obtaining a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. In fall of 2021, MK, joined St. Luke’s University Health Network and started her Athletic Training career at Tamaqua Area School District before joining the Alvernia team. MK is originally a Berks County native, and some things she likes to do in her free time is paint, playing all kinds of sports, and taking care of her long-haired dachshund, Reese.
