Alvernia Drops 3-Game Match At Cabrini

Minnich Totals 13 Kills For Crusaders

Radnor, Pa. (Sept. 17, 2007) – Cabrini College swept a three-game match over Alvernia College Monday evening in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference women's volleyball action at the Dixon Center.

The Cavaliers (5-5, 1-1 PAC) earned identical 30-21 wins in the first two games of the night and capped the match with a 30-19 win in the deciding game. Alvernia got a match-high 13 kills from Natalie Minnich (Tower City, Pa./Williams Valley) and 25 assists from freshman setter Leah Crimi (Nazareth, Pa./Notre Dame). Defensively, four players reached double figures in digs led by senior Amy Sikorski (Topton, Pa./Brandywine Heights) with 18.

Alvernia College will continue the schedule this weekend at the York College Tournament.
