Reading, Pa. (September 1, 2009) - Five of Alvernia University's fall sports teams will begin competition today with Men's Soccer, Volleyball and Women's Tennis all opening at home.  The men's soccer team will be fortunate enough to be the first team to compete on Alvernia's newly completed turf field.
