Reading, Pa. (Oct. 2, 2013) - Alvernia University (4-2) won the top two doubles flights and five of six singles matches in a 7-2 win over Immaculata University (7-5) Wednesday afternoon in non-conference women's tennis action at Angelica Park.

Julie Seidel (Wernersville, Pa./Wilson) and Becca Perkins (Robesonia, Pa./Conrad Weiser) took an 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles and Alyssa Boyd (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) and Kristy Schwenk (Schwenksville, Pa./Boyertown) followed with an 8-1 win at No. 2 doubles.  All four followed with singles wins and Lillian Hussar (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) also won at No. 4 singles.

The Crusaders close out the fall schedule this weekend at the MAC Individual Tournament.
