Reading, Pa. (Sept. 30, 2013) - Alvernia University (3-2) took all three doubles matches and four singles matches on their way to defeating Cabrini College (6-4) this afternoon in non-conference action at Angelica Park on Alvernia's Campus.

The Crusaders battled and earned an 8-8 (7-2) win from Julie Seidel (Wernersville, Pa./Wilson) and Becca Perkins (Robesonia, Pa./Conrad Weiser) at No. 1 doubles, followed by 8-3 and 9-7 wins at No. 2 and 3 doubles respectively.

Alvernia will host Immaculata University on Wed. Oct. 2nd at 4:00pm in their final match before MAC Individual Tournament on Oct. 5th and 6th.
