Reading, Pa. (Apr. 12, 2014) - Elizabethtown College defeated Alvernia University, 8-1, Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Conference women's tennis action at Governor Mifflin Courts.

The Blue Jays took all three doubles matches.  Alvernia junior Julie Seidel (Wernersville, Pa./Wilson) earned the only point of the day for the Crusaders with a win at No. 1 singles.

Alvernia finishes up the regular season at Messiah on Thursday.
