Collegeville, Pa. (Mar. 16, 2015) - Ursinus College (7-1) defeated Alvernia University (5-1) by an 8-1 final Monday afternoon in non-conference women's tennis action at Ursinus.

The Bears swept the doubles matches to get off to a 3-0 lead.  Alvernia got its lone point from Julie Seidel who took the No. 1 singles match 6-3, 6-0.

Alvernia continues the non-conference schedule next Tuesday hosting Moravian College.
