Jay Ringer set up two second half goals and Alvernia University (3-1-2) knocked off Dickinson College (3-2) Thursday evening in non-conference men's soccer action at Dickinson.
The Red Devils got on the board first with a goal in the 10th minute and held the 1-0 lead into the halftime break. Ringer's first assist came in the 55th minute when he set up sophomore
Rocky Elgogari for a header that knotted the game at 1-1. Twenty minutes later the assist went to fellow freshman
Adam Orndorff who netted his third goal in the last two games.

Zach Rider made 11 saves to earn the win. Three of the 11 saves came in the final nine minutes as the Red Devils ramped up the pressure looking for the equalizer.
Alvernia heads to Cabrini College for another non-conference game on Saturday.
